deniseemaay @akafka123 it doesn't have the traditional adjustments where you can pull it. basically since it's a tie back, you can manually adjust the string to accommodate your bust and shoulders

deniseemaay @akafka123 I'm out of town ATM, so I cant measure it but I can say that with the straps, you can adjust the length a little bit. I'm 5'5ft and it hits below my knee, so I think for your height it's going to be above your ankles.
