bella0526 @nickmarion Hi, I didn't mark your hat as delivered. That was USPS who did that. I shipped out your hat on Saturday. I'm not sure what happened. Any chance usps hid it or accidentally delivered it to the wrong address near by? Sometimes they mess up. I'm really hoping they didn't lose it; I'm hoping it turns up. Sometimes packages get delivered a day later, even after marked delivered. I'm sorry it's missing right now. If it doesn't show up by tomorrow, I can call and put in a claim.

bella0526 @nickmarion if worse comes to worse and the package does end up missing, Poshmark does refund you. Again, I had nothing to do with marking the package as delivered, as I was not the one who delivered it. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I really hope the package does show up/gets delivered.

bella0526 @nickmarion I'm so sorry, I can understand how upsetting this is for you, since usps has also lost my package in the past :( Although you paid for the item, I haven't received the money yet and I'm also not in charge of refunding you. Poshmark is the one who refunds. I'm going to contact them and let them know what has happened, so they can refund you.

Rest assured, we have a process to assist and will update you shortly upon contact with your buyer." You can go to your order and I think click something that says problem with order/missing package
