Loft navy striped v-neck blouse {minor flaws}

Cute Ann Taylor Loft navy and white striped v-neck blouse with cap sleeves and pocket. Polyester. 📍On the back there is a small imperfection where the blue looks smudged. I tried to capture this in the 5th photo. 📍There are a few spots on the back that look like a run only when you hold the shirt up to light.
