Black Bay Studio Top

This is an adorable black Bay Studio top! It has two flowers of the same fabric as the shirt on one shoulder. It has a subtle ruffle trim around the neckline and sleeves - also the same fabric. It's dressy enough for career or date night, and casual enough to dress up a pair of shorts, slacks or jeans. It's a stretchy material of rayon with some spandex. Measures on front laying flat: Armpit to armpit 16.5" Length 23" This was lightly worn & is in excellent / like new condition.
