nicolefields929 @newcareer21 if you are talking about love notes to become a posh ambassador you have to purchase something and then when you review it you leave a note and that is considered a love note. It took me forever to figure it out too. Lol

nicolefields929 @newcareer21 In your closet click on "About" and you'll see the notes people left when they purchased your items. To become an ambassador you will need to purchase an item from someone and then rate it/leave a "love note" when you receive the item.

jenniemarie224 the lego box came in dented and damaged. if my son didn't want it so bad I would return it. you put a box in a box with nothing around not for support? the box didn't even close fully because the Lego no was too big. you just jammed it in there. very disappointed. especially from a posh "ambassador"

jenniemarie224 especially on an order that contained bone item for $70+ you'd think you would ship better knowing most of these are Christmas gifts. and some collectors don't want damaged boxes!

nicolefields929 @jenniemarie224 I apologize if the post office damaged the box, it was sent in perfect condition. I have sold/mailed many sets and never had an issues ever! If you prefer I would gladly accept the item back.

jenniemarie224 @nicolefields929 my only issue was there was NO plastic wrap, bible wrap, nothing. the box was shoved into a small box and sent on its way with no respect to the way it was packaged knowing it's around the holidays and it's a gift. I've been buying and selling for years and would have never shipped an item without any protection. not even Amazon does this. if I return it and buy another I don't think it will be here in time. ugh!
