Vintage 90’s plaid pleated uniform skirt

From the 90’s (possibly late 80’s). In remarkably good condition for its age! Been hanging on to this one since I was a child (It was too big and I was determined to grow into it. I just really liked it). Super cute. Pleats are still well defined. Red, black, and white plaid. Tag says 7 but I don’t recommend for waist size over 25-26 inches. XS/S.
