Zac Posen for Target Teo Piece Dress sz 9J/8W

Zac Posen 2 piece sheer ruffle dress. Super fun dress with vintage 80’s vibe. Even has a cumber-bun style band for outer skirt. Wear the dress on its own, wear the skirt on top of other dresses & probably even use it as a crinoline type skirt under another skirt. The skirt belt part has some stitching of extra loops because it was too bug for me but they could easily be taken out w/o damage. Original hook & eye closure still intact. Some damage on inside boning as shown, not visible when worn. Kinda has a retro 80’s feel.
