This is a fabulous vintage dress by Alex Colman California. It is most likely from the 60's to early 70's from the style and fabric. Brown white and black flowers with a yarn like embroidered trim. Thick straps with an empire waist. It is lined at the bust but not the skirt. Tiki, Go Go, Mod, Rockabilly, Gidget, Hawaiian, Beach party. No size so go from measurements.
