White drawstring tie skirt. White flower design with little silver jewels in the center of each flower. Stitched "Candies" logo can be seen near the flowers. Brand: Candie's Size: Small Condition: very good overall. No rips or pulls or missing jewels. PLEASE see photo for one spot with slight discoloration (the two pictures are of the same stain because one is with and one is without the flash, but it's the same spot.) I am the original owner, I bought this around 2003. Please note any discoloration or yellowing that might have occurred due to age. I added several photos with and without flash.
