Hey upper east siders! For sale is an Oscar de la Renta silk and lace blouse, size 6. Seen on Blair Waldorf on Gossip Girl episode 2x16 layered under a plaid blazer. This top is a true collector's piece and a work of art with intricate ruffle detail at the collar and sleeves. The original $1390 price tag is still attached and the top is overall in good condition but it has two areas of light discoloration at the neck and back — see photos.
