poeticthreads @r_barcenas hey thanks for your patience! measurements are taken lying flat across; size 28- 18.5" stretching to 20.5"; size 29- 19" stretching to 21" flat across. Since these jeans have stretch I included the stretched hip measurement 😊 please let me know if you have any other questions!
