Kismet floral top

Kismet floral top tank style sleeve v neck and tassel tie front . Elastic waist just below chest . Size large . Dark blue with pinkish and turquoise floral design. I only tried on and never ended up wearing as I prefer longer styles. So it may as well find a new home , I love it but too short for my comfort.
