A shirred tie-waist dress, with pockets. 98% polyester, 2% cotton. Machine wash, hang dry. Zulily says that a size small (this one is MEDIUM) is 37" long from high point of shoulder to hem. Never worn. Smoke free household. Looks blue in the photo because of the lights but it's green.

@christiane_rye hi! the fullest part of the dress is about 20". the part that is where the ribbon tie goes is 14".
