Navy and White small polka dot vest

Easy throw up vest to elevate any outfit and perfect for spring/fall seasons. SAME fit and quality as J.Crew quilted vest (I have 5) but found this at boutique in Charleston! Takes the vest and adds a little prep/nautical/classic element. Surprised J.Crew hasn’t done this pattern!
