What is neck size (the smallest). Girth is the chest/abdomen and I need snug fit ) no runaways till I get her chipped! Thank you

@geanniet hiiii - please forgive the delay in responding! when unclasped the portion that would go around the neck appears to be about 12" long. the slide adjustments aren't directly connected to this length, but work on the side straps to bring the chest of the harness up close to the cat's body :))
