Joan Sparks vintage dress with leather & suede

Vintage Paisley cotton dress with tan suede and purple leather trim insert below waist. Shoulder pads. Top has 6 buttons in back and has 7” side zipper and snaps above zipper. Suede and leather is fitted at waist and flared into a pleated skirt. The blouse portion is oversized and blouses at the waist. Flat measurements taken: pit to pit 20”, waist 14-1/2”, hip 19”, sleeve length 25”, waist to hem 26”. No tag for cleaning instructions
