Forever 21 Women's Marled Off Shoulder Gray Dress

Can be worn as a cowl neck or off shoulder look which ever your prefer. I would pair it with some leggings and cinch the waist with a belt, as I think that might look nice. Tag says 3X but this dress runs much smaller than that. It is more like a size large to 1X maybe. Size: 3X Color: Black, Gray and White. Gently used. No flaws. Approx Measurements: Bust: 38” Length: 40” Sleeve Length:16.5” This material has stretch to it so it will give quite a bit for comfort. But, a size 3X it is not!!!
