Hi, Kimberly… I just wanted to let you know the reason that I’m not accepting my order right away (2 tops), is that although tracking shows it as delivered, there are no packages that came today. I’m thinking (hoping 🤞🏻)that the mail carrier may be holding it until tomorrow when it’s not a mail holiday and he needs to deliver the rest of the mail…??? I certainly hope this is the case, because I love the 2 things I chose and am eagerly awaiting them…

I sold an item, packed it and it’s sitting on my island as we speak. Yesterday I received a notification that the package started tracking. I emailed customer service but have ‘t received a response yet. I would like for the buyer to get what she bought. I’m nervous to put this in the mail. Have you run into this issue? @weeziejones186 Hello there 🥰Always happy to help when I can; is it possible you mixed up the labels while shipping and accidentally used the label on another package? That’s the only thing I can think of. There would be no tracking if the label wasn’t scanned. I would go back and investigate and go ahead (especially because it’s Friday) if you wait it will be Monday before your ticket is even in the queue.

The system showed it delivered when I still had the merchandise and I even got paid my portion before they sent me a new shipping label. They never explained what happened and I just mailed it yesterday. 🤷♀️.

Certain fabrics for all boutique inventory will come from another country due to supply. But every piece is from an American Vendor. We pride ourselves on that! ☺️

Hi. I noticed you live in my area. My health has gotten to where I have not been able to list/keep up with my inventory. I have thousands and thousands in Makeup & skincare. from sub. boxes & Ulta, Sephora etc. I have lots of full size, as well as deluxe samples & makeup bags.
