I sold an item, packed it and it’s sitting on my island as we speak. Yesterday I received a notification that the package started tracking. I emailed customer service but have ‘t received a response yet. I would like for the buyer to get what she bought. I’m nervous to put this in the mail. Have you run into this issue? That’s the only thing I can think of. There would be no tracking if the label wasn’t scanned. I would go back and investigate and go ahead (especially because it’s Friday) if you wait it will be Monday before your ticket is even in the queue.
