sophiatogive @scottsawyer2 Hi! The handbag went to the Handbag Spa. I don’t know what their process is but the leather came back very soft and looking like new. They gave me a touch up pen for any future minor wear and tear, as it is a lighter coloured bag. So the pen has to contain some sort of paint? I have not used it.
