crizzo1821 Hi @gvancouver, I purchased this dress in size 2 this week order Id below for a wedding I am MOH in next week. I ordered it because of express shipping and would receive it in time (1-7 days). No news about it being shipped out yet and I am worried I won’t receive it in time and cannot be stuck with nothing to wear. Could you please look into this to confirm if you can ship it out ASAP ? gvancouver @crizzo1821 No problem :) unfortunately I get the same information about the shipping updates as you do. Usually when I drop it off at the post office they either scan it right away or it will be scanned the next day. Once scanned you’re able to track and they should give you an estimate on the day of delivery! I recall that your package was for Montreal so it’ll be a bit quicker probably when shipping from Vancouver compared to when I ship to people in Ontario! That’s just from my experience

crizzo1821 Hi @gvancouver I was just notified that my dress would arrive on Tuesday October 5 and my event is on October 1st. How can I cancel ? I only purchased because Poshmarks site said expedited shipping on first order 1-7 days - and that is not the case :( I love this garment and appreciate your service but what the site says for first order is quite misleading. I need to find another option now and wouldn’t have bought if I wasn’t going to receive it in time . Thank you so much for your service

gvancouver @crizzo1821 Hey Love I’m not sure as to how to cancel the order after it has been shipped. I recommend maybe contacting poshmark customer service and tell them about it and maybe they can sort something out? I hope that helps !
