What is the total length (including buckle) at longest setting? What is the smallest waist size this can accommodate when shortened? Does it have any signs of use? Thank you

@jmmla hello! many apologies for not responding sooner. the largest waist size would be 34" and the back buckle can shorten to whatever size needed.
