Pleated A-Line Stripped MIDI Skirt

Soft, fairly thick black and white stripped a-line midi skirt. High waisted. No tags or care instructions so I have no idea the brand or size. Just know it’s too small for me, worn only once. Zipper in the back. Not exactly unraveling but looks more like manufacturer didn’t cut off extra string when stitched. Otherwise great condition.
