Hello. European sizes do run small. But sizing guide for jimmy choo is 38= US 8. I am an 8-8.5 and these are a little snug on me, I now wear 38.5. Hope this helps!

Can you post some pics of the toe area inside the shoes to show how worn they are in the toe area? Have these been washed or sprayed with any chemicals, soap/water, powder, or deodorizer?
