reminisceme@skybaby500 hi🌺yes, the waist is up to 29.5”. Bust is up to 38” . It is a large that is closer to a medium. It can stretch a bit but it will feel more fitted/tight. Bust can stretch more because of adjustable lace front . Beautiful dress
