I bought this at the Coach store about two years ago, however I hardly used it. There is one spot pictured with a small white dot that I cannot get out, but it's on the inside of the bag. Otherwise, the bag is in perfect condition and I have cleaned it! It has one compartment in the front, and 3 pockets on the inside; one with a zipper and two without.
