MEDIUM WEIGHT. high waisted design to provide more support under 'for time' conditions like a run or functional fitness workout. high waist can be comfortably folded down should you prefer a lower fitting product without feeling overly constricted. The waist is not a compression material and therefore should remain comfortable at all times without digging into your skin.
