danposh1982 @snowscol pretty please confirm the Chest measurement, I'm undecided on what size to buy. your video vs the photos are not coinciding with one another on the measurement. which Jacket is the true 23" size?

snowscol @danposh1982 I have added 2 new pictures. There seems to be only a small difference between the two. Measurements are taken with the garments lying flat. These are approximate measurements, I am not experienced in taking these. Please excuse if you want exact measurements. Sorry. They are not washed, please account for shrinkage, if any. Thanks for looking.
