whiskeykissbtq@wbeth5661 Hi... When a seller sends an offer like that it goes out to everyone that has the item "liked". We send out offers daily/weekly. Poshmark only allows you to receive the same offer once every 60 days to avoid someone from being sent the same offer over and over. You cannot send an offer to me with discounted shipping however you can reduce your offer by $2 to make up the difference.
