Is this solid 14 k gold or gold filled?

@kateatthebeach I bought this at a pawn shop about 10-15 years ago. I was told at the time that it was solid gold and jade and believed to be dated to the 1920s. Unfortunately, I don't have any additional information. I hope this helps!!
