This was worn 1x for 4 hours! This is a fully lined tank top with a sheer like design over the top of the arms. It turns into a cold shoulder blouse. It looks stunning on....pls see all the pics so you can see how the top has an overlay over the tank. The back has 1 button at the neck. The front & back have a flow to it when u walk. The front & back are same length. Length measurements 29.5” Armpit to armpit measures 23”
