litobsessed @evcharles it is a smocked waist so there is a lot of give/stretch in the waist, the rest of the dress doesn’t have stretch to it though, it is a fit and flair style

litobsessed @lindalindley334 yes it was measured all the way around, the bust is almost adjustable though. You can’t really go by measurements on this dress because the back is open and the straps tie so it’s adjustable to your body.
