lbehave Hi. I just received my skin Medica serum this week. It is only pumping the red gel out and not the moisture cream. Any suggestions of how to get them to combo pump?

sanewland1 @lbehave hi, I use this product too and have had a similar experience. It’s new and unused so when you first start pumping only one side comes out (I think the red serum is less thick side which is why it starts coming out first when you first start pumping the product). I’ve done 4-5 pumps at the same time and it starts coming out and then from then on it’s good to go - one pump with both coming out.
