There may be a little pilling at the very bottom but it is hard to tell with the design. -Pit to pit= a little under 18” Shoulder to shoulder= a little under 17” Collar to bottom= 22.5” -The measurement I gave previously to another person interested was about the length of the top Please let me know if you have any other questions! 😊
