I'm 5'3" and it hits me just above the knee. It has a subtle high-low hemline and a triangle cut-out in the back with a keyhole cutout at the chest (shown in picture). I'm usually XS, but I tend to wear a small in urban outfitters tops and dresses. This would be comfortable for a TTS XS and a little more snug on a TTS small.
