Special Blend gingham snow skirt

Reposhing this item I purchased from @meg_oco. I really love it but it's too small. It fits more like a small than a medium. This skirt is is wind and water resistant, it would be great to wear over a swimsuit in the summer or over leggings in the winter! I wish it fit me... this is a rare skirt, no longer made.
