ynvme1221@sil1982 Hi..FYI..You do not need a receipt to return to Nordstrom, plus they have a 365 day no questions asked return policy on all the merchandise. That’s if you wanted to return it! It has the tags and if you used credit, they can track your purchase. Beautiful bags but Nordstrom only have the Black and Beige.

ynvme1221@kazikaautoparts…you’re absolutely right you can take it back to Nordstrom’s, for a refund. Nordstroms has a 364 day no questions asked policy without receipt..even if you used it…if she use a credit card it would be on file, and she could get a full refund. Read there policy.
