Bag has 3 inside pockets, key keeper, & front zip pocket. The adjustable LEATHER strap goes from 23” to 10” with the removable extra piece. tscox @kreted I’ve never had this problem either. That is what the help people said I had to do bc I could not cancel my order. It has to be cancelled and then a new order put in. All I need to do is change my payment method on it. I’ve deleted my old payment method now so it will be fixed in my end. I’m so sorry. Idk why my method got changed to an old card on file

kreted OK, I sent an email inquiry to PM asking if it was within guidelines For me to cancel a buyer’s order or if the buyer has to cancel The order, you have access to that on the sale page. I haven’t this come Up before and I want to be sure I’m following the rules.

kreted I’m confused by this - how did the purchase go through If your old payment method wasn’t valid or was expired? Forgive my questions, but I have have been told by other Poshers to be wary when buyers ask a lot of questions and request I do things that they can rectify themselves. I’m just being cautious and protecting my closet and my reputation as a 5 star seller. As I said, I’ve contacted PM support re: this issue and I await Their response or your cancellation of the item.
