heidizme @juliedrazek about 30.5" but has stretch. But what you can do is tie it as close as you can, then sew a few stitches to hold it into place and just put them on like you would under garments. That would give you more string, or you could add a few more longer strings as well to replace the original ones. Hope this info helps! thanks!
