Outside of dress is 100% polyester and so is the lining. Zips in the back and ties at the top of the back. Asymmetrical handkerchief skirt. Measures 15 inches across where the top of the dress meets the skirt. Very good preowned condition. A geometric pattern with orange, blue, light-ish green and a darker purple.
