Vintage black dress with horizontal velvet bows. Sleeves are 3/4 length and dress is lined. Long zipper in the back works great and dress is ready to wear. Some small alterations have seemed to be made in the past but nothing bad. I believe it’s late 40’s to 50’s and the nice thin heavy weight fabric. Waist 28” Bust 34” Length 40” Hips 34”
