hello 😊 is the material stretchy , or does the dress run big? I've had to get different sizes in this line.

@mtflint hi, giving the bust and back a few gentle tugs there feels to be so stretch in this. Same with the waist/waistband, it is as it is stitched; no elastic/spandex/stretch. Crude measurements of the small I have has the waist seem at about 29 inches all the way around. pit to pit on the front about 18 inches-the bust seems to have a little extra material due to the gather/pleat in the neckline. the xs is about an 1-2 inches smaller. hope this helped. thank you for the interest.
