jennytammaro Hello? I’ve sent you several messages both here and on IG and you’ve ignored all of them. I would really appreciate it if you would respond, as it’s a matter that needs your attention- I’ve gone out of my way to contact you regarding a mistaken order and you’ve made no efforts to reply. The package will be returned to sender effective tomorrow- since you’ve ignored my many requests to speak directly.

juliwilson @jennytammaro hello. I have been out of town dealing with a sick family member and have not on poshmark since last week. All communication about a poshmark order needs to stay on poshmark - not thru other platforms like IG as per poshmark rules and regulations. I will reach out to poshmark support now and ask them about how to proceed

juliwilson @jennytammaro in 10 years of being on poshmark i have never had someone mistakenly purchase something so i don’t know protocol for returning but would assume ( like other returns) they would have to ok they return and send you a new mailing label. I’ll send them an email now! Thx

jennytammaro @juliwilson Poshmark won’t support returns on their end- I would pay to return the item to you, and you would work on your end to cancel the sale with Poshmark. But understand I’m happy to communicate wherever you like- I had tried IG because you listed it on your closet and weren’t answering messages here. So you’ll understand my urgency in speaking with you would support my claim of mistaken order.

jennytammaro @juliwilson as you have money stored in your Poshmark account, it’s actually easy to accidentally slip up and your hand hit “buy mow” and further slip up on the 2nd confirmation button. Again as I had mentioned, I was distracted and had my hands full walking multiple dogs. You’ll also note that I had previously written and asked if you wanted to trade. I declined. And you sent a discount offer and I ignored that. So why would I hit buy now and pay full price?! 😬

juliwilson @jennytammaro try not accepting the order and start a claim and say it was a mistaken purchase then when poshmark notifies me of the claim I’ll say it’s ok to send back - this should be easiest way to do it!

jennytammaro @juliwilson hi, accidental purchase is not allowed after 3 homes from time of purchase. My only options available are to report it’s wrong item or not as described. So why don’t we say you accidentally sent the wrong shirt, and need this one sent back to you therefor Poshmark will cancel the order on YOUR side. I’m not allowed to do anything else on my end.
