Sexy Royal Blue Lacey Mini Dress XS

Gently used dress, size XS, I am orig owner. Pet/smoke free home, no stains/tears/odors. Very stretchy fabric. Does not have a tie to lace up the plunging neckline, but you can use just about anything to tie together, or wear open. Straps are not adjustable. Approx 23.5” long from top of cup (not including straps) to bottom hem, cups are 5” across each, but has some stretch to it, waist 9.5” one sided flat measurement. OBO MAKE AN OFFER
