hi, I just have a couple of questions. doesn't nwt mean new with tag? I don't see a tag pictured, and the soles look dirty? am I just mistaken?

Yes these sneakers are new , I retook a picture of the soles and I do see the spot you mentioned,they have been packed away in a covered box. I hope this helps, KD
