Hello- I just wanted to check in and let you know that their is a payment issue. On our end it shows that the payment was denied, however it is just a glitch in transmission. It has been completed and it has paid out, however it is waiting on poshmarks end for them to accept it. Usually it’s automatic, but it’s a glitch and poshmark can’t see it, only my bank can. It has been paid though, I just wanted to confirm that with you.

Hi-I spoke w/ poshmark 2day and also the after hours service at my bank. On 3way. They said the payment DID clear my account & poshmark does have the money. Poshmark said , there is a known error on their end and they will update their end in 24/48. They said to inform the seller they are protected and clear to send the item: I do have to go out of town this week for a conference. Can you possibly ship by tmw. I would love to get it asap before I do leave. Thanks-Dr. Maria R

@mmaykle_1 they said it is a glitch on their end and jsut to remind the seller they are covered by posh protect. They said it will look that way until they get the glitch sorted out. They said there is about 100 customers that are out right now.
