pixieluscloset @walter004 Hi! Bust is 21 inches across and length is 20 inches long. Center of top is about 22-23 inches pulled flat because it doesn’t fit close to your body. It’s pleated. It’s really adorable and very flattering 😊 (Sorry it took me so long to get back to you)
