WORN Hunter Black Rubber Boots

These boots are well worn and well loved! Original Tall Rubber Hunter Boots Buckles on each side are rusty, maybe CLR will fix? Lots of life left in the soles! These boots are waterproof and AMAZING! But they are WORN and have tons of scuffs and wear on the black part of the boot, not sure if it's fixable.
