Comes with box and dust bag the inside Material is ripped from normal everyday wear but not noticeable when on (update) these have been taking to santana creative which is a high end shoe repair shop recommended by christian louboutin on his website they didn't have the fabric that originally comes in the shoes so they add leather instead which in my opinion is better cause it wouldn't rip again!!

louboutinbarbie I took them to a high-end shoe repair shop that's listed on christian louboutin website to get the fabric on the inside repair cause ppl was really trying to low ball me cause of the ripped fabric even though you can't see it while wearing them anyways when I get them back I will update the pictures..thanks for your interest and keep a look out cause I'm sure they will sell fast after they back to looking new
