Hello, pls what the waist and hip measurement? Any stretch ?

@kacenka it's very stretchy. I've only worn it at the hip and never at my waist by the belly button. It's measuring 36 around. 4 down its 42 around. 7 1/2 down its 44. 11 1/2 down is 46. 16 down is 47 (and that's the very end of the skirt). Hopefully this will give you a better idea of the whole dimension of the skirt. I hope this helps! (I haven't really had to take measurements like this before so I measured along each sown seam)
