Dark Grey Soft Twil Laceup Peplum Hem Top

Dark Grey Charcoal colored (comes out almost blue, or faded on camera but true charcoal color in person) twil peplum hem top. Has laceup vneckline. Folded sleeves. Material is SO soft, but has no stretch to it. Only wore once since I bought it in the spring! Fits true to size.
